Most of our residents and families appreciate the straight forward, 'no surprise' approach to pricing. We have Three Lifestyles (Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Special Care) with varied levels of care. These are determined by need and preference. Leases are monthly and the resident and/or family know the predetermined cost. If the loved one needs more care than has been agreed to, the following month the level of care is discussed and all must be in agreement before proceeding. This nearly always proves to be more cost-efficient than an "Ala Carte" approach to biling.
